The culture conditions enable increased cellular concentrations to be obtained starting from 1 x 108 cells/ ml and protein concentrations up to 25 mg/ ml. The CELLine flask is equipped with two openings, one for providing access to the chamber containing the cells and the other for replacing the medium.
