• Bottom with glass cover slip • For direct observation with a microscope • Optical quality glass with RI = 1.525, 0.17 mm thick • Well inside the Petri dish to reduce sample and medium volume • Low dish for easy micropipette access • Low toxicity adhesive for embryo research
• 35 mm Petri dish with glass bottom, diameter 12 or 27 mm • Borosilicate glass cover slip from 0.16 to 0.19 mm • 3 ml working volume Applications • Fluorescence/phase contrast microscopy • Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)
Cloning cylinders facilitate the insulation of clones from individual cells. Clones are isolated by applying a fine layer of grease onto the lower part of the cylinder and placing it on the culture support. After the addition of a small volume of EDTA or trypsin and incubation at 37 °C (which enables the cells to become unstuck), the cells are collected from inside the cylinder and transferred to another support.
• Promote the cultivation and counting of spheroids • Polystyrene boxes, polyethylene mesh • Meshes inside the well allow identification and counting • Spheroids can be easily collected • Mesh thickness: 137 µm • Mesh size: 200 µm • Sterile
