• Reagent for rapid stabilization and protection of RNA from fresh and non-frozen samples (tissues, leukocytes, cell or bacterial culture) • Preserves RNA for up to 7 days at room temperature and up to 4 weeks at 4-8 °C, preservation for longer periods at -20 °C or -80 °C • 10 volumes of reagent per volume of sample, or 10 µl per mg of sample
