Disco taq DNA polymerase

Disco taq 5 U/µl, with or without buffer and MgCl2:
• Disco taq polymérase 5 U/µl, avec ou sans tampon 10X et MgCl2
• To be completed with dNTPs, template, primers, water, 10X buffer and MgCl2 if not supplied
• Several buffers available

Disco taq and Disco taq Fever master mix 2X, ready to use:

• The Disco taq 2X master mix contains Disco taq DNA polymerase, NH4+ buffer, 0.4 mM of each dNTP, MgCl2 at a final concentration of 1.5 or 2 mM, and stabilising agents

• Disco taq 5 U/µl or 50 U/µl with glycerol-free storage buffer, with or without 10X buffer and 25 mM MgCl2
